Every business that sends from sequenzymail2.com agrees to the Sequenzy terms. These are the rules that matter most to the people receiving the email.

Permission

• Only email people who signed up, bought something or opened an account with you.
• No purchased, rented or scraped lists, and no addresses found with lookup tools.

Every marketing email

• Includes a working unsubscribe link. Sequenzy adds it and honors it automatically.
• Includes the sender's physical mailing address.
• Says who it's from. No impersonating other businesses, banks, delivery services or login pages.

How it's enforced

• Campaigns are screened for phishing and abuse before they go out.
• Bounces and spam complaints are tracked for every sender. Senders with high rates are paused.
• Addresses that bounce or unsubscribe are suppressed so they aren't emailed again.
• Accounts that break these rules are suspended.

Sending from your own domain

sequenzymail2.com is for businesses getting started. Sequenzy customers can connect their own domain at any time, and their emails then come from it instead.
